Yes. The Simple plan of "Build + Operation" starts at ¥50,000 setup and ¥9,800/month, and "Operation only" starts at ¥0 setup and ¥7,800/month (all prices exclude tax).
QWhat's the difference between the three packages?
A
"Build only" is a buy-out build with maintenance only, "Operation only" handles updates for your existing site (¥0 setup), and "Build + Operation" is the full set from build to operation. Each has four plans from Simple to Enterprise.
QDo we have to make updates ourselves after launch?

With packages that include operation, just send us your text and photos and we handle the updates. No admin-panel work on your side.
QIs there a minimum contract period?
A
Packages that include operation have a minimum term of 12 months, renewing every 12 months thereafter.
QWe're not tech-savvy — is that okay?
A
No problem. We keep jargon to a minimum and explain things clearly for business owners. As a rule, we take over updates after launch.
QCan you build sites in other languages?

Yes. We offer multilingual support starting with English. Even if you haven't decided which languages yet, feel free to ask.
