We briefly explain our service and how we work, and review the current state of your site, your business, your goals and the plan you have in mind. No technical knowledge is required.
If you already have a website, we use our free security quick check (First Check) to understand where things stand today.
You confirm the plan, contract term, initial fee, monthly fee and payment terms (paid in advance). Once you agree to our terms of service, we move on to your application.
After you apply, we interview you in detail about your site's goals, the content you want to feature and how you'd like to receive inquiries.
We create a first draft of the site structure and design and share it with you. You can check the actual look and feel at this stage.
You request revisions to the shared draft. Simple and Light include one revision; Standard and above are revised until you are satisfied. (See "Important points" below.)
You provide your company information, photos, logo, service and recruitment details. The production lead time starts once you have provided your assets.
We handle domain registration, server setup and SSL, then publish your website. We manage your domain and server.
After launch, we support you with updates, revisions, improvement proposals and reports according to your plan.
We make the handling of revisions, assets, domains and inquiry forms clear from the start.
There are limits to design-level changes. If you share a reference site or design sample ("we'd like something like this"), we can build close to that image.
We also propose improvements based on how inquiries come in.
