"Production only" is a one-time build; after launch you only pay to maintain the server and domain (¥3,800/mo), and updates and edits are not included. "Operation only" handles updates, edits and improvements to your existing site for ¥0 setup. "Production + operation" bundles the build together with post-launch operation, and is our most popular choice. Each package comes with four plans, from Simple to Enterprise.

Yes. The Simple plan of "Production + operation" starts at ¥50,000 setup and ¥9,800/mo, and "Operation only" starts at ¥0 setup and ¥7,800/mo. "Production only" is a one-time buy-out from ¥150,000 plus ¥3,800/mo for maintenance (all prices excl. tax).

The Standard plan is our standard offering, which includes SEO, security, access analytics and improvement proposals by default (1 edit per month / 5 content updates per month). It's designed for companies that want to make full use of their site for sales, recruiting and building trust.

For packages that include operation (Operation only, and Production + operation), the minimum contract term is 12 months, renewing every 12 months thereafter. For "Production only," the production cost is a one-time buy-out, while the post-launch server and domain maintenance (¥3,800/mo) renews annually.

Fees are paid in advance (the same idea as rent). The setup fee is due by the end of the month you sign up, and the first month's fee is due by the end of the month before service begins. Subsequent payments are also made in advance.

As a rule, your website is taken offline once the contract ends. On request, we can transfer the website data to you free of charge. If we manage your custom domain under our own name, we will also handle the transfer procedure.

This service does not use a CMS; as a rule, we handle all updates after launch on your behalf.

Yes. As a rule, photos are provided by the client.

We can organize content based on your existing materials and what we learn from interviews. However, large-scale copywriting is quoted separately.

The Simple and Light plans include one revision on the first draft, after which we move to launch. Standard and higher plans are revised until you are satisfied (essentially unlimited). That said, there are limits to design-level changes, so if you share a reference site or design sample ("we'd like something like this"), we can build close to that image.

No. We manage domain registration and renewal, and the server contract and maintenance. No technical management is required on your side — you can leave it to us with confidence.

With the Simple and Light plans, we embed a Google Form you create with your own Google account. With Standard and higher plans, we support Google Forms or a custom form we design. With a custom form, inquiries are stored in our database and can be forwarded automatically to your inquiry address, or collected in a spreadsheet shared with you. We also propose improvements based on how inquiries come in.

The production lead time starts once you have provided the necessary assets (photos, copy, logo, etc.). The sooner your assets are ready, the sooner you go live.

To check the state of your existing website, we provide a link to Security First Check. The results are used as reference information when considering improvements.

No. The simple check does not guarantee the safety or results of your website. It is not a full-scale vulnerability assessment or penetration test.

SEO measures do not guarantee search rankings, traffic or inquiry volume. We carry out basic measures as standard.
